To create Niki’s dream outdoor space with a reasonably priced elegant high-quality pavilion.
Niki and Jim, her dedicated design consultant, worked together for two weeks to iron out exactly the pavilion Niki wanted. Jim documented each element clearly in writing and once they’d finalized the specifics, Nicki’s unique design went to the U.S. based shop to be built by the team.
Early on a Tuesday morning a few weeks later, our expert building team led by our top carpenter, Jonas, arrived at Niki’s house to start the build. By that afternoon, Niki came out to her backyard to find her beautiful 18’ x 20’ vinyl clad pavilion exactly has she’d designed it! Completely done and ready to enjoy!… And for $15,000 less than she had been quoted by her contractor.
