It’s customers like Joan in Hop Bottom, Pennsylvania that make us look forward to coming to work in the morning. Not that it’s at all that unusual for us to get positive feedback about our responsive competent customer service before the sale, the incredible work ethic and professionalism of our veteran road crews, not to mention the absolutely amazing product – but Joan has gone out of her way to show her appreciation.
What many people don’t know is that MOST of the photos on our website and in our catalog are provided by our highly satisfied customers. Of course, we’re very happy when we get a few sentences of praise in a public review or email. But some of our customers really go out of their way – like Joan here. Didn’t she do a wonderful job making the most of that space and gorgeous country setting?
One more thing we love about Joan is that even though it’s been MONTHS since we finished her pavilion, anytime we post a photo on Facebook, we almost always get a response from her.
