The landscape contractor for a new townhome development in College Park, Maryland contacted us in the Fall of 2016 with a set of plans calling for a 14′ x 24′ Vinyl Hip Roof Pavilion and two adjacent 10′ x 18′ custom pergolas. The standing seam metal roof material is a particularly wise investment for commercial applications where long term appearance and maintenance costs are more important than upfront cost. The two different types of high grade vinyl used have been in the field for decades at this point performing extremely well in all weather conditions.
