This property manager near Dulles Airport in Virginia was looking for a 20 x 40 pavilion plans for his community’s common area and found the pictures of the pavilions we built in Tullytown, Pennsylvania on our website and catalog. They opted for a rich Mansard Brown color of standing seam metal roofing and canyon brown stain. The patio you see in the pictures was built by the customer to engineered specifications and is stained concrete. While we do have the ability to do more customization, in many cases, the design and engineering costs can be particularly low because little modification is needed from designs already created.
