Why Contractors Like Us
Contractors like working with us simply because we make their projects easier and more profitable. Instead of having to design and build a pavilion, pergola, or gazebo from scratch, they can either buy one of our kits, or hire us to assemble it for them. Even though any contractor is capable of assembling our kits, many of them chose to hire our factory crew because their employees or subs are busy doing what they do.
80%+ of the time, our standard product line items don’t require engineering to get approved. If it turns out the municipality does require drawings, we have that covered. There is an additional charge (starts at $699)and it takes at least a couple of weeks, but we will help you get your building code enforcement official the information they need for your project to get approved.
Access and customer service
We are incredibly accessible via phone and email. Whether you’re trying to make a sale, or crunching out the implementation details, you can reach us when you need us, even after hours if you give us a heads up. We’re here to help you be successful.
Custom can mean small variations to our standard product line to full-on custom design. There is a good bit we can do before the meter starts running. Our capabilities are not limitless but we will let you know quickly if we think we are the right type of outfit for your project. During our busiest months of April through July, we need to stay fairly close to our standard product line.
What about call-backs?
No one is perfect and neither are we. But 90% of the time, we’re going to get it 100% right on the first trip and if there is anything wrong, it’s us going back to fix it, not you.
If you have a reasonably nice website we can help you get more traffic to your website, and provide you a selection from our extensive library of pictures to post on your website.
Maybe so, we won’t argue the point. If you think you can, you probably can. If it’s your off-season and you aren’t booked up, maybe it makes sense. But if you’re having trouble keeping up, we can get your outdoor structure done and out of the way.o.
There may be some building supply centers that carry it, but if they stock #1 at all, it’s going to probably be DSS grade, the lowest grade of Premium #1 and it’s going to be a good bit more expensive than #2.
Request an idea guide
Tell us how many you need and we will ship out to you a supply of our idea guides to help you with your presentation. Also, don’t hesitate to ask us for pictures to put in your sales binder or laptop. The customer doesn’t need to know where you’re getting the kit.
Work for us
If you’re outside our service area, our customers need your help. We sell around the country and often have customers asking us if we know anyone to assemble their pavilion, pergola or gazebo. One day assembly jobs generally run from $1,600 to $2,800.
